Your Nativity, O Christ our God, has shone to the world the Light of wisdom! For by it, those who worshipped the stars, were taught by a star to adore You, the Sun of Righteousness, and to know You, the Orient from on High. O Lord, glory to You!

On June 22, 2025, the Orthodox Church in America commemorates the Saints of North America. Among those saints is the newly glorified Matushka Olga of Alaska. She was canonized on June 19, 2025 in Kwethluk, Alaska. Videos of the services can be found on the Diocese of Alaska YouTube channel . 

God has chosen a humble mother from Alaska

to be an example for all the servants of God;

He has given us Saint Olga as a helper in afflictions

and as a guide to leading a life of sacrificial love.

Therefore, we entreat thee, O holy Mother Olga:

pray that we, thy sinful children, may be saved

and rejoice with thee in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Righteous mother Olga, pray to God for us!

Welcome to Holy Resurrection!  Vespers are at 6 PM on Saturday evenings and Divine Liturgy is at 10:00 AM on Sunday mornings.  You are also welcomed to join us for coffee hour after Divine Liturgy.
